About Nadland
We have been active as real estate developers in Vienna for over 15 years. Our core activities include the purchase and refurbishment of existing apartment buildings, the conversion of unfinished attics and the development of new buildings. The real estate portfolio management of HNWI - purchase and sale of yielding properties (mainly residential but also commercial) and the management of our own existing flats, which are rented out as holiday flats, are also part of our fields of activity. From 2007 to 2010 we were involved in the development of 7 projects in Hungary with a total volume of € 90 million.
History
We maintain a large network of property owners as well as brokers and work exclusively with selected equity partners. Our network is national as well as international. We have decades of good relationships with selected banks, which offer us good conditions for financing.
